Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.  

2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within *1-3 business days* (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
- Delays may occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.  

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

Remote Areas (Balochistan, Northern Areas, etc.) 5-7 business days |  

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to: 
- Courier service disruptions 
- Weather conditions 
- Incorrect shipping details 
- Public holidays  

4. Shipping Fees
Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 5,000 
- Standard Shipping Fee:PKR 200-500 (depending on location and order size). 
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional PKR 100-200 processing fee.  

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a **tracking number** via email/SMS. 
- You can track your order using the courier’s website or by contacting our customer support.  

6. Delivery Issues
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt 2 more deliveries. After that, the order may be returned to us, and a refund will be issued (minus shipping fees). 
- Damaged/Lost Packages: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with proof (images/videos) for a replacement or refund.  

7. Change of Shipping Address
- Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped
